Looking for a fun, inclusive sport where you can challenge yourself, make new friends, and get out on the water? Team Mixed Plate invites youth and young adults of all abilities to come try outrigger paddling at our special Preview Day!🏝️
No experience? No problem! You’ll meet our friendly coaches and team members who make up this unique mixed-abilities paddling crew, where athletes with and without disabilities paddle together as one team. Whether you're looking for a new sport, a great workout, or just an exciting day on the water, this is your chance to jump in and give it a try—for free!
✅ Who can join? Youth & young adults (ages 8+) with all disabilities. We have experience with athletes who have physical disabiltiies and intellectual and developmental disabiltiites.
