We are so excited to have your ohana join our ohana, and we're very confident that your child's time on the water with us will be rewarding for all.

To complete your registration for both the Jr. Outrigger Team and the Krewzers Team, please ensure that the following items are completed (to be done only once per year per athlete):

1. Intake Form and $15 Registration Fee Payment

2. Online Media Release - submitted online

3. Liability Waiver - please email a scanned copy to keikikrewadmin@makapo.org

4. Physician's Release Form - please bring the completed form to the first practice
